Prices shown on the Site are informational estimates. They are not offers capable of immediate acceptance. A binding engagement exists only after a written scope note and accepted invoice or agreement.

No checkout or payments on this Site

The Site does not process payments or host a checkout. Do not submit payment card details through contact forms.

Services

Services may include Product Analytics Health Checks, Conversion Path Mapping, Session Quality Reviews, and Measurement Office Hours. Deliverables are described in the applicable scope note. We do not guarantee product growth, revenue outcomes, or ranking improvements.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for granting agreed access, ensuring you have rights to share data and credentials, and implementing recommended changes in your own systems. We do not take production write access unless expressly agreed in writing.

Intellectual property

Site content belongs to softwareengineerzone or its licensors. Engagement artefacts delivered to you under a paid engagement are licensed for your internal business use unless otherwise stated in writing.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it aggressively, submit malicious content, or impersonate others in forms.

Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement regarding the Site.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, softwareengineerzone is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from Site use. For paid engagements, liability is limited as stated in the engagement agreement; if silent, liability is limited to fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts in Busan have non-exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
